چطور ممکن است؟

2- پس از دوره‌ي ابتدايي، آموزش زبان هاي فارسي دري و پشتو در تمام نقاط افغانستان الزامي باشد.

3- در تمام افغانستان آموزش دوره‌ي ليسه و دانشگاه به يكي از دو زبان (فارسي يا پشتو) امر اختياري و به خواست شاگرد قرار گيرد.

این دو مورد با هم در تضاد قرار دارند. “پس از دوره بتدایی” یعنی دوره لیسه و دانشگاه چطور میشه که آموزش به هر دو زبان در یک زمان هم الزامی باشد و هم اختیاری؟

Under this title is written in Payam -e- Mujahid a Sarmuqala, I am sure, you read it, you know it, that in Afghanistan we do not have independent government at present time and we did not have in the the past, this why we have such by knowledge created problems, I had 1995 a secret meeting with Mr. Ahmad Zia Masoud in London 1995, he told me, you should not support the old King, he and his family are cheater ( but they are united base on “Alliance of Nation” now, and we separated us from them at that time) , he mentioned, I should get up as Pashtun and start with them fifty fifty, I told him, look, we are one nation and we have to stay as one nation, fifty fifty is not the major question, the question is how can we come out from the existed disaster and for this reason we have a plan and to realize this plan, we need it for it former king too and I insist with friends, that Mr. Ahmadshah Masoud should included to this plan and I am not coming to you for fifty fifty! So, I explained to him the plan and we agreed and he has given it to me his phone no. in Peshawar for further contact too. We know further, that Pakistan and Iran interfering and influencing our country in wrong direction, the Peshawar old cheater Khan Ghafar Khan group uniting the communists, nationalists( like Kabul did it too) and Iran is supporting its group. Afghanistan has for time being not language problem, but Afghanistan has other huge problems, the integrity and sovereignty of Afghanistan is under question, we are witness, that the member of present government, parliament and high position member of state robed the country, all of them are millionaires and they are continuing to rob more, the nation is getting more and more poor, children are selling the parents because of their poverty, prostitutes are organized by those people, prices are under their control, Mr. Karzai occupying base on rotating the same people, his family clan enjoy the wealths and former king family and its around are involved in corruption with high enthusiasm. As I have read the article in Payam -e- Mujahid, then I thought on Mr. Ahmadshah Masoud and I was very happy to read such sentences. Afghan nation has the capability and quality to solve such problem later on very easy, the main problems have more priority at the present time, this question can be solved by patriot without any problem later on, it exist program for it, do not worry about! We have to be honest, that majority of Pashtun have the ability to speak and read Dari, why it should be not possible, that the Tajik should not speak and read with both languages too?, they are more intelligent and they have more high knowledge, first it should get Afghanistan a strong honest and clean government, then the other problems will be solved base on democratic way and with satisfactory of nation. I will not start with you none sense discussion about this matter, because I see it as intrigues for present time, thank you for your understanding in advance
